Manage student promotional activities to achieve enrollment targets and forecast expansion.
Handle external examinations for affiliated Australian universities and ACCA.
Develop and administer the departmental budget and graduation functions.

Managed partnerships with Southern Cross University, USQ, Deakin, Charles Stuart, and others.
Maintained secured methods for paper setting and question bank management in collaboration with Pro-VC.
Enhanced the Students Information System covering the entire student lifecycle.
Organized and administered records, registration, and convocation ceremonies.
